We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If your item is damaged, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 7 days of the date you received the item(s). [That is, if you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 7th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date. Please note that any discounted items are a final sale.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
